My Journey
​
On the left is my starting point when I finally decided I needed help with my diet and training to be able to get the best possible results. On the right is 3 years later, one day before my last bodybuilding show.
3 years of being consistant with my diet and training and having a positive attitude towards the process knowing that not everyday was going to be easy.
The truth is we all make mistakes, but where a lot of people go wrong is they GIVE UP. This is not a sprint, it's a marathon that will continue as long as you do.

I have competed in 3 bodybuilding competitions, twice in the WBFF 2017, 2019 and once in the NABA competition where I placed 1st in the Juniors U/23 Bodybuilding and 2nd in the First timers Bodybuilding in 2018.

Why Should You Train With Me?

I take a different approach to health and fitness, I believe in a sustainable approach by finding what works best for you. In doing so it allows me to find that perfect balance in your day to day life. When you're enjoying the process you're more incline to stick to it right?
I will find balance in your diet and training and over the weeks we will work towards fine tuning it. As much as I'd love to train my clients forever I'd prefer to teach you everything I know. When our time is up i'll know that you're confident to go out and keep on track by yourself, remembering that I'm only one message away for help.

Whether it's tailoring your training to suit your specific day to day routine, giving examples of wholesome food options to fuel your body, providing feed back according to your weekly food diary or being one message away at all times to help keep you accountable.

I know exactly how hard it is to Lose Weight and I know exactly how hard it is to Build Muscle. I have done it and I couldn't have without my coach. That is why I'm here to help you every step of the way, to make it that much easier and that much more enjoyable for you. It's already tough... why make it harder?
